Our Chairman of the Board, Mr. Şemsi Kopuz, began his professional career in 1974 at the KOPUZ Family Group Companies, founded by his father, where he gained valuable experience. With his extensive industry knowledge and notable success in the business world, Mr. Kopuz drew attention early on. In 1997, he decided to pursue his own vision and established the ŞMS KOPUZ Group Companies.

ŞMS KOPUZ Group operates as a strategic commercial bridge, bringing together raw material producers and end manufacturers through a vast global supply network. Headquartered in Istanbul, our company has become one of Turkey’s leading suppliers of Foods raw materials and dry food products, thanks to its years of experience, reliability, and consistent growth strategy.

With our wide product range, we supply a variety of raw materials needed by the food, chemical, and Foods sectors. Specializing particularly in Foods raw materials such as cacao powder, our company also provides products like nuts, dried fruits, and various chemical ingredients. In addition, we proudly serve as the exclusive distributor in Turkey for Bunge Loders Croklaan, one of the world’s leading brands in Industrial Fats.
